I am very excited for our menu. Here is a sneak peak of what we will be serving:

- Fresh Wild Greens with Sonoran Chicken Slivers, Sweet Shallots,
Roasted Red Peppers and Chili Lime Dressing - Grilled Salmon with Pecan and Saffron Sauce, Drizzled with Chive Oil
- Grilled and Smoked Pork Lion over Bosc Pears and Sweet Apples,
Drizzled with Aged Balsamic Reduction - Peppercorn Dusted Chicken Breast with Morel Risotto,
Vegetable Marbles & Cognac Lingonberry Cream - Roasted Baby Red Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs (Chris' favorite)
- Marble Whipped Potatoes with Horseradish and Toasted Garlic
- Fresh Array of Chef’s Favorite Vegetables
- Asparagus Spears with Lemon Sabayon
We also worked on our Bar selections! Which was awesome because Sandra brought us margaritas to taste! Chris and I decided we are hosting Beer, Wine and our signature drink: Arizona Sunrise Prickly Pear Margarita!
I am so excited to see what our guests think of the food. I think the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass will blow their party socks off! :)
