I get to work in the Arts!
Yesterday I accepted a position with Phoenix Theatre as their PR manager. I am so excited to work with such an amazing arts organization! I am going to miss working at Gammage, but I am really looking forward to my future with Phoenix Theatre.
If you read my blog and live in the Phoenix area please see a show at Phoenix Theatre!
Stay tuned for pictures of Chris and my new house.... We are supposed to be signing tomorrow! And we receive our keys on Tuesday!

DJ
Chris and I met with the DJ this week, and we meeting with him made us even more excited.
After much debate Chris and I picked our first dance song:
This song really sums up our relationship. We love each other the way we are:
After much debate Chris and I picked our first dance song:
This song really sums up our relationship. We love each other the way we are:
Don't go changing, to try and please me
You never let me down before
Don't imagine you're too familiar
And I don't see you anymore
I wouldn't leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
I took the good times, I'll take the bad times
I'll take you just the way you are
You never let me down before
Don't imagine you're too familiar
And I don't see you anymore
I wouldn't leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
I took the good times, I'll take the bad times
I'll take you just the way you are
20 days till the wedding, and we are both so excited!

The Journey
Lord guide me on the journey I make,
For there are different roads to take,
Four lane highways smooth and fast,
Filled with people going past,
I can choose those roads and go,
With the crowd and never know,
A smaller winding road that runs,
Counter to the bigger ones,
With ruts and hills not smoothly paved,
Demanding I be strong and brave,
But giving me the chance to be,
All that you intend for me.
For there are different roads to take,
Four lane highways smooth and fast,
Filled with people going past,
I can choose those roads and go,
With the crowd and never know,
A smaller winding road that runs,
Counter to the bigger ones,
With ruts and hills not smoothly paved,
Demanding I be strong and brave,
But giving me the chance to be,
All that you intend for me.

Arizona Sunrise- Finalizing the menu
Chris and I met with Sandra, the Banquet manager at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass to finalize our wedding menu. The resort treated us to a wonderful lunch while we discussed the final plans with Sandra.
I am very excited for our menu. Here is a sneak peak of what we will be serving:
We also worked on our Bar selections! Which was awesome because Sandra brought us margaritas to taste! Chris and I decided we are hosting Beer, Wine and our signature drink: Arizona Sunrise Prickly Pear Margarita!
I am so excited to see what our guests think of the food. I think the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass will blow their party socks off! :)
P.S.
Chris wants to remind everyone to wear their party socks!
